Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) after your order has been shipped.
We ask that if you are sending an order outside US then please have a close look at the map view you will receive once your order is placed. Check the coordinates! If it does not look correct then please send us an email so that we may update your address and make sure we actually have the correct coordinates.
Packages can't be tracked in India or Dubai so if you happen to order you need to make sure you are using the correct format for your address. We don't want them to get lost! :)
We offer Free Shipping on all Orders.
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 7- 14 business days, but can be longer depending on the carrier. The order cut-off time is 5pm (GMT+1).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.
We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.
Yes, We do, International Orders can take between 2-4 weeks for shipping & delivery.

We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel! If you choose to cancel your order and it hasn't shipped yet, we will issue you a full refund. With certain items, there will be a re-stocking fee which will be applied to your refund.
